Sweet baby Jesus 😬 Replace milk with instant mashed potatoes and a little oil if you can. Looks better, tastes creamier, lactose intolerant friendly. Mashed white beans works too

I never put milk in soup and my cauliflower has never looked like this. Did you use beef broth?
Use olive oil or butter, depending on the flavor profile you want. Allergic to dairy like moi, or vegan? Works beautifully with vegan butter.
I make this whenever I’m sick or just craving soup, and it winds up being an absurdly popular crowd pleaser every time.

When I went up the beautiful mountains of El Yunque in Puerto Rico, the weather was perfect aside from a couple hours of rain during one of those days. Went hiking with my wife, relaxed in the waters, and became friends with one of the small restaurant owners there. Anyway, this reminds me of a few puddles I saw after it rained.
